How can I fund my account?

SUPERFIVE accepts bank wire, major credit/debit cards, and popular eWallets as payment options. More account funding options are being added periodically. Please confirm with customer support if you do not see your preferred payment method.

What currencies can I hold in my account?

The base currency of your SUPERFIVE trading account can be USD. You can, however, fund your account using your local currency at no extra fees. Please contact our support if you need any further clarification as regards your account currencies.

How quickly are my deposits reflected in my account?

SUPERFIVE processes deposits instantly when you use credit/debit cards and EWallets. Wire transfer may take a few days to reflect in your trading account. Please confirm with customer support if you have any queries.

How do I request a withdrawal?

Only verified account holders can withdraw money. To verify your account, please provide the documents required for the verification of the account.For more information regarding account verification, please contact customer support. If your account is already verified, please go to the transaction page in your account and submit the amount you would like to withdraw.

How long is the withdrawal process?

After all verification processes have been complied with, SUPERFIVE takes up to 10 business days to process your withdrawal. Wire transfers may take additional 7 business days and will require additional paperwork.
